Initiative Leidenschaft" (Passion) held its first social gathering for members on 2 July 2009 in the SoccaFive Arena in Kaiserslautern. Many members and visitors joined us in the beautiful sommer weather.

First we informed everyone about the current status of our Initiative, and then the different Project Groups exchanged ideas of how to proceed next. Afterwards we spent the evening in the Beer Garden and could talk about the most beautiful trivial subject - soccer! The stories of Helmut Rasch, 1. FCK and German Champion from 1951, were extremely interesting to hear.

We were also present at the test game between 1. FCK and Schaffhausen in Mackenbach, where we were once again able to inform people about our Initiative. There were many interesting people who visited us, including ex-Players Ratinho, Olaf Marschall, and Marco Haber.

During the three days of the Old City Fest, we had our Info Stand direct next to the 1. FCK mobile Fan Shop in Wadgasserhof. We had many interesting conversations with people about the Fritz Walter Museum and our the tradition of our 1. FCK.

Friday evening we were visited by the Kaiserslautern Lord Mayor, Dr. Weichel, members of the Supervisory Board, and Roger Lutz and Stefan Kuntz. On Saturday Norbert Thines, from our Board of Directors, visited us.

On 28 June 2009 we set up an Information Stand by a Fan Club Game in Dahn. In wonderful Sommer weather, we could inform over 2000 Fan about our club.
